A month ago Samsung announced multiple further bada powered Smartphones for the €100 to €200 market segment, namely the Wave 525, 533, 723. But apart from some scattered reviews and some hardware specs we haven’t seen much of them. Release dates as well as the countries where the phones will be available are still unknown. But it seems that Samsung slowly prepares for the coming market entrance, just a few days ago they integrated the appstore category for the Wave 723, or S7230E as it is called there. The sections are already quite populated with a multitude of apps, widgets and interestingly lots of Java programs.
The low-priced bada phones might be able to provide bada the missing momentum and a large piece of market share. Question is, when will that happen.
