Q: I can’t install the application. What should I do?

A: Try reinstalling the application by the following steps:

  1. Uninstall the app
  2. Restart the phone
  3. Install the app again using one of the following methods: via SamsungApps appstore on the phone; or via the Kies desktop software.

Q: I can’t put the application on my homescreen.

A: Bada has a lot of difficulties correctly installing widget applications. Reinstall the app by following the steps described in the question “Q: I can’t install the application. What should I do?”.

Q: I can’t buy the app because I don’t have a credit card. Is there any other way?

A: Yes. Some network providers (e.g. O2) allow you to pay through your phone bill. I’m offering my apps with as many purchase methods as Samsung has to offer.
